What happens if I go over my contact limit?

We'll notify you before you hit your limit.

You can upgrade to the next tier or pause new contacts. No surprise charges. Ever.

What if I need more communication credits?

You can purchase additional communication packs anytime.

We monitor your usage and send alerts when you're running low. Most clients never need extra—our included credits are generous.

But if you're running high-volume campaigns, we offer add-on packs at the same rate (no markup for going over).

Are there any hidden fees or setup costs?

No hidden fees. Period.

The price you see is the price you pay. Setup is included. Training is included. Support is included.

The only additional costs are optional Power-Ups (AI Employee, SEO tools, etc.) that you choose to add. Nothing is hidden. Nothing is a surprise.

Can I use my own domain and branding?

Yes. Everything your customers see uses your domain and your branding.

Your website, funnels, landing pages, forms, emails, and booking links all run on your domain. Emails are sent from your address ([email protected]), and every customer interaction reflects your brand—not ours.

If you already have a domain, we'll connect and configure it for you. If you don’t, you can purchase and manage one directly inside the platform in minutes.

The secure CRM infrastructure runs behind the scenes on our system (ai.a2zs.site), but this is never visible to your customers. From their perspective, everything is fully branded as your business.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You get to keep it.

We'll export all your contacts, conversations, and workflows in standard formats (CSV, JSON, etc.) so you can move to another platform if needed.
